This power point was presented by Renee Kuhlman with the National Trust for Historic Preservation before the Kentucky Legislature Appropriations and Revenue Committee on August 1, 2016. It provides an overview of state historic tax credits in contiguous and nearby states to Kentucky and cites examples of how the return on investment has been a catalyst for new businesses, new jobs and revitalized communities in Kentucky.
